Refund policy

Personalized items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Proof of product will be sent out before product is shipped.

For other items to be eligible for refund or exchange your item must be in the same condition you received it in, and UNUSED.

If an item needs to be returned you must reach out with in 5 days of receiving your order. after 5 days of receiving order no refund or exchange will be accepted.

an item will not be accepted for refund or exchange if damage is caused from receiving party Example: not following washing instructions. 

SALE ITEMS- All Sales items are final sale, and no refund or exchange are available.

To return a product you will need to mail product to 7308 Star greig dr, alma Ar 72921 you will be responsible for paying shipping cost for returning items.

 

Shipping cost is nonrefundable. If a refund is issued to you shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.
